URETEK Deep-Injection can provide long term solutions where Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) tests reveal weak strata and suitable conditions, ground bearing capacity can be improved by up to 500%.

Unique and patented, The URETEK Method of Deep-Injection is the fast and cost-effective alternative to piling and underpinning.

URETEK multi-component structural resins injected at multiple depths mix and expand as they enter the ground. The expanding material eliminates voids, expels any water or air present and strongly compacts the ground around the injection point, tending to form conglomerates. Injection continues until laser monitoring verifies the beginning of lift to the structure.

Pressure in excess of 50 tonnes/m² can be exerted on surrounding soils. The system can be used to inject at depths up to 6 metres beneath strip and raft footings, flooring and roads.

URETEK Deep-Injection is often used in conjunction with URETEK Slab-Lifting, or may be carried out where no lift is required.
