URETEK is the modern alternative to concrete underpinning and slab replacement. We raise, relevel and resupport sunken concrete slabs, floors and machinery bases in factories, warehouses, mines, offices, driveways & parking areas.

• It's like keyhole surgery for concrete floors and buildings!
• Unique, structural expanding resin is injected through small holes. Enormous, but controlled, pressure can be exerted!
• Uretek is VERY FAST and CLEAN: no excavation, no water, no cement dust, no mess: unlike concrete underpinning.
• Moving and sunken slabs can usually be resupported, relevelled and saved, unless too badly cracked. We can advise re what can be saved and what should be replaced.
• Uretek Deep Injection compacts foundation ground to provide increased support for traffic and machinery movement.
• Trucks and forklifts can run smoothly again. OH & S issues are addressed: bumps & trip hazards are removed.
• Substantial cost savings and important. Uretek Slab Lifting is much quicker than cutting out, removing and replacing slabs or underpinning!

• Generally neither stock nor machinery needs to be moved.
• Large jobs can be done one area at a time, at the least busy time, including at night, if required.
• Weight is no problem: it's an advantage! The greater the weight, the stronger we can make the ground. Foundations can be compacted more with greater weight on the area! Uretek can increase support after new, heavier machinery has been installed!
• Also wall cracks usually close up as footings are lifted.
