Here in Australasia our wholly Australian-owned company has been a part of Uretek Worldwide since 1995. We have operated wholly owned subsidiaries in Thailand and Japan since 2001. Information, innovation and experience is constantly exchanged world-wide across the group.
Our reputation has been built on providing a unique and innovative service in rectifying problems with foundation ground in residential, industrial, commercial and civil engineering situations.
Our people are committed and focussed on providing our customers with a service that is ‘right the first time'.
Uretek technology is not franchised, but applied by highly trained technicians using state-of-the-art equipment.
The unique URETEK Methods: Technology for raising, relevelling, resupporting and strengthening moving and sunken construction resting on or in the ground.
The URETEK Methods are generally like ‘keyhole surgery'.
Raising and relevelling is carried out by Uretek Slab Lifting - injecting expanding geo-polymeric structural resins under the element to be raised, through tiny holes.
Improving ground bearing capacity is achieved by patented Uretek Deep Injection that compacts foundation soils, again by similar injection down to multiple depths in weak strata. Patented Uretek Geoplus DI resin, brings to bear controlled forces of up to 10,000 kPa.
Patented Uretek PowerPiles, initially offered as UPP Compaction, inserted through 36 mm Ø holes, allow a concentration of soil densification in a very defined volume. Structural versions of UPP's provide pile-type support with skin friction and end bearing characteristics.
URETEK uses numerous different resin formulae, the selection depending on the method employed and the specific requirements of the particular job.
We encourage the involvement of the client's engineer as a consultant or works superintendent.
Uretek is the most advanced modern answer to the shortcomings of traditional underpinning and "mud jacking".
Uretek solutions are all non-toxic, inert and environmentally neutral.
Uretek (and/or its officers) is duly licensed as a builder by the relevant Government Authorities, as and where appropriate, to carry out all work undertaken by the company.
