URETEK raises, re-supports and
re-levels sunken buildings - residential, industrial and commercial - fast, economically and with minimal disruption to occupants or operations.

Using Slab-Lifting, Deep-injection or a combination, building footings are returned to correct levels and, where required, weak foundation ground is strengthened.
 
Generally, as footings are lifted, wall cracks tend to close up and windows and doors work properly again.
 
There is usually no need for occupants to vacate or to move stock or machinery. Sometimes the whole project is completed from outside.
